1. Navigate to https://dashboard.shopflo.com/overview
2. Click "RTO Suite"
3. In the "Prevent fraudulent orders" section. Enable the feature, to ask for OTP verification on COD orders.
4. Click "Verify address phone numbers before placing a COD order" : To ask for OTP before the user can place the COD order.
5. Click "Save". This way the unverified users would have to verify using the OTP before placing the COD order
