What is the Download Reports tab

With Download Reports, all your reports from the Orders and Abandoned Checkout tabs are stored in one place.

You can schedule recurring reports to land in your inbox automatically—no manual downloads, no extra effort.

Save time, skip the hassle, and get the data you need, when you need it. 🚀

Challenges

Think about how many times you’ve exported the same report this week. Every time, you’re selecting filters, picking columns, and downloading it—again and again.

Forget once, and you risk losing crucial data. Do it too often, and you're wasting time on something that should be automated. It’s a lose-lose situation—a cycle that needs to end.

With Download Reports, all your reports from the Orders and Abandoned Checkout tabs are stored in one place. You can even schedule recurring reports to be delivered straight to your inbox—so you never miss a beat.

Step by Step Guide

Detailed Steps

Step 1: Familiarize yourself with the new "Download reports" tab. This tab aggregates all your previously generated reports, displaying their names, sizes, last generation time, and types. It also allows you to download these reports and send them to any email or user ID linked to your dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Orders" tab. Currently, the "Download reports" feature is only available for the "Orders" and "Abandoned checkouts" options.

Step 3: Click on "Download reports". You'll see multiple types of reports, such as "Export report", "Refund", and "Export today's orders".

Step 4: Choose the type of report you want to export. Remember to exclude today's report when exporting. If you need to download today's report, click on "Today's order export".

Step 5: Select the columns you need for your report. We've provided multiple columns, but you might not need all of them. Selecting all columns will increase the download time due to the large amount of data.

Step 6: Click on "Continue" and select your desired time frame for the report.
