Feature Deep Dive

1. Milestones

  • Can use upto 5 milestones at one point of time. The above example has used 3 milestones for example.

  • We can use milestones to communicate 4 types of offerings:

    • Flat discounts

    • % discounts

    • Free delivery

    • Free gifts

(do keep a note that these discounts will have to first be created in “discounts” option in dashboard, like we do for checkout)

The header messaging on top has 50 characters and be edited per milestone

The offer messaging at the bottom below each discount has a limit of 15 characters

There are 2 ways to use this feature. Either on the basis of cart value OR on the basis of no. of items. Previous example was of “cart value”. Below is an example cart item basis. For e.g. get 15% off when you add 2 items in cart, 20% off when you add 4 items in cart

2. Banners

  • We have options for 2 banners (top & bottom)

  • Top is usually used for communicating active discounts or product details

  • Bottom banner is preferably used for communicating prepaid offers for checkout OR any miscellaneous information - - dependent on brand’s use case

3. Discounts

  • Very few carts are able to project discounts as per their use-case on their own or shopify cart apps - looks very bland & customer always has to type out the coupon name

  • Benefit of using Shopflo cart is, your checkout discount UI will replicate onto cart as well

  • If you create discounts on Shopflo (manual or automatic), customers will see coupon details without needing to click on discount tile (as shown above)

4. Cart Order Note

Allow your customers to fill any requirements or information they might want to share

Getting Started with Cart

To get your Shopflo Cart live, here’s what we’ll need:

  1. Shopify Collab Access – or simply send the collab code to our support team.

  2. Theme Access – duplicate your theme and rename it “Shopflo Cart X {Brand Name}.”

  3. Support Access Enabled – in your Shopflo Dashboard:
    Settings → Members & Roles → Support Access → Toggle ON

Once that’s done, our team handles the integration. You’ll be live within 48 hours.
