The order confirmation page consists of the following widgets:
Logo - Toggle your brand logo on or off. We recommend keeping it enabled for better brand visibility.
Banner - Use this space to highlight key information about your brand, offers, or delivery updates.
Order Status & ETD - Displays the estimated delivery time along with a confirmation message that the order has been placed.
Delivery Address - Shows the customer’s shipping address as provided during checkout.
Contact Details - Displays the customer’s contact information shared at the time of placing the order.
Order Summary - Lists all items included in the order.
Bill Summary - Shows a detailed price breakdown of the order.
Help - Add your support email here so customers can reach out with questions or issues.
COD to Prepaid Offer - Create a C2P discount in the dashboard to encourage customers to switch COD orders to prepaid by offering an incentive.
Trust Badges - Showcase trust indicators to build customer confidence in your brand.
How to Edit These Widgets in the Dashboard?
Step 1: Open your Shopflo Dashboard and go to Flo Checkout.
Step 2: Select the Order Confirmations tab.
Step 3: Open the dropdown to view all available widgets.
Step 4: Use the eye icon next to each widget to show or hide it.
Click once to hide a widget, and click again to make it visible.
A well-designed Thank You Page helps customers feel confident about their order and encourages them to shop again.
