This guide walks you through connecting CCAvenue as a payment gateway on Shopflo. The setup involves three parts: configuring settings on the CCAvenue side, enabling the S2S webhook for payment status updates, and adding your API keys to the Shopflo dashboard.
Supported payment methods once connected: UPI, Wallet, Card, EMI, and Netbanking.
Step 1 — Contact CCAvenue Support
Before you can complete the integration, two settings need to be enabled on your CCAvenue account by their team. Reach out to your CCAvenue POC and ask them to enable the following for your merchant account:
Ignore URL Check — allows Shopflo's callback URLs to be accepted without strict URL validation.
Ignore IP Check — allows payment callbacks from Shopflo's servers without IP whitelisting restrictions.
Once CCAvenue confirms these are enabled, proceed to the next step.
Step 2 — Configure S2S Webhook on CCAvenue
Shopflo uses Server-to-Server (S2S) integration to receive real-time payment status updates from CCAvenue. Set this up from within your CCAvenue dashboard:
1. Log in to your CCAvenue dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → Dynamic Event Notification.
3. Under Order Status Echo URL, enter the following webhook URL:
4. Save the configuration.
Step 3 — Get Your API Keys from CCAvenue
You'll need three credentials from your CCAvenue dashboard to complete the Shopflo setup:
1. Log in to your CCAvenue dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → API Keys.
3. Note down the following:
— Merchant ID
— Access Code
— Working Key
Step 4 — Add CCAvenue on the Shopflo Dashboard
1. Navigate to your Shopflo dashboard.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Go to Payment Settings.
4. Click on CCAvenue.
5. Enter the Merchant ID, Access Code, and Working Key you retrieved in Step 3.
6. Save. CCAvenue is now live on your Shopflo checkout.
