Klaviyo is an email and SMS marketing platform that helps you reach customers with personalised, data-driven campaigns — from abandoned checkout reminders to post-purchase flows. Connecting Klaviyo with Shopflo lets you trigger these messages at key moments in the checkout journey.
Before You Begin
You'll need an active Klaviyo account and a Private API key to complete this setup. To generate your API key, log in to Klaviyo and go to Settings → API Keys → Create Private API Key. Keep it handy before starting the steps below.
How to Connect Klaviyo with Shopflo
Step 1: Go to the Settings page in your Shopflo dashboard.
Step 2: Under the Shop Settings section, click on Integrations.
Step 3: Navigate to the Re-marketing section and click on Klaviyo.
Step 4: Paste your Klaviyo Private API key into the text field provided.
Step 5: Turn on the toggle to enable the integration.
Step 6: Select the channels you want Klaviyo to be active on, then click Save. Your integration is now live.
