Omnisend is an email and SMS marketing platform built for e-commerce. Connecting Omnisend with Shopflo syncs your checkout events into Omnisend, so you can trigger automated flows — abandoned cart reminders, order confirmations, post-purchase sequences, and re-engagement campaigns.
Before You Begin
You'll need an Omnisend API Key to complete this setup. To generate one, go to your Omnisend dashboard and navigate to Store settings → Integrations & API → API keys. Create a new key and keep it handy before starting the steps below.
How to Connect Omnisend with Shopflo
Step 1: Go to the Settings page in your Shopflo dashboard.
Step 2: Under Shop Settings, click Integrations.
Step 3: Navigate to the Re-marketing section and click on Omnisend.
Step 4: Paste your Omnisend API Key into the field provided.
Step 5: Toggle Omnisend analytics to enabled, then click Save. Your integration is now live.
