The One Click Add-on lets shoppers instantly add a pre-selected product to their cart with a single tap — no browsing required. It's ideal for high-impulse, low-price items like accessories, samples, or add-ons. Styling it to match your brand ensures it feels like a natural part of the shopping experience rather than an afterthought.
One Click Add-on is a Flo add-on. You'll need to install it from the App Store before it appears in your cart. Once installed, you configure the product and pricing in Flo Checkout — then customise the card's appearance from Core Setup.
Step 1: Install One Click Add-on
Go to the One Click Add-on page in the Flo App Store and install it on your store.
Step 2: Configure in Flo Checkout
Once installed, go to Flo Checkout → One Click Add-on to select which product appears, set where it cart and checkout, and enable the feature. Configuration here controls what the shopper sees in the add-on card.
Step 3: Customise the One Click Add-on Appearance
Go to Flo Cart → Core Setup and click on One Click Add-on in the right panel to expand its settings.
— Background: The background colour of the One Click Add-on card.
— Text: The colour of the product name and description text.
— Button: The background colour of the add button on the card.
Click Save after making your changes.
Industry Best Practices
— Items priced under ₹300 see 5–8% add rates — anything higher starts to feel like a considered purchase rather than a quick grab. Accessories, travel-size products, sachets, and samples are the sweet spot.
— Match the add button colour to your primary checkout button. Shoppers have already decided to proceed — a familiar button colour reduces the cognitive gap and increases taps by 15–20% compared to a mismatched colour.
— Keep the card minimal. Product image, name, price, and button — that's it. Adding descriptions or multiple options defeats the purpose of "one click." The faster the decision, the higher the conversion.
— Card background should contrast with the cart background. If your cart is white, a light grey card makes the add-on feel intentional. If it blends in, it disappears.
— Run a different product per season or campaign. A static add-on goes stale quickly — shoppers who see the same item repeatedly start ignoring it. Rotating it monthly keeps add rates healthy.
