A callout card is a marketing card — an informational card or banner you show at checkout to highlight offers, bank discounts, or important messages (for example "10% Instant Discount on HDFC Cards" or "COD available on orders below ₹5000"). Callout cards do not apply any discount logic themselves; they are visual indicators that build trust and nudge shoppers.

→ Open Discounts → Callout Cards in your Shopflo dashboard.

Step 1: Go to Discounts → Callout Cards and click Create discount, then choose Callout card and click Use.

Step 2: Title & description. Enter a Callout title (max 25 chars, e.g. "No COD charges"), a Subtitle (max 50, e.g. "COD available on orders below ₹5000"), Body text (max 100), and optional Details. The live preview on the right shows how the card will look.

Step 3: Cart conditions. Choose whether the card applies to all carts or only when certain purchase-amount or item-count conditions are met.

Step 4: Customer eligibility. Pick who sees the card — All customers, First-time customers, Lifetime order count, Specific customers, Specific customer segments, or UTM parameters.

Step 5: Usage limits. Set the Active period (start date/time, and an optional end date).

Step 6: Click Create discount to publish the callout card. Confirm the active channels are selected as needed.
