Shopflo is updating how payment gateways connect. To keep payments running without a break, complete the step for your gateway before 30 September. PhonePe moves from V1 to V2, and Razorpay and Cashfree move from an API-based integration to OAuth.

→ Open your Payment Settings

If you are on PhonePe V1, switch to PhonePe V2 before 30 September.

Step 1: Request your PhonePe V2 credentials (MID) from the PhonePe team.

Step 2: In your Shopflo dashboard, go to Settings › Payment Settings and select PhonePe V2.

Step 3: Paste the MID shared by PhonePe and click Save.

Step 4: Under Redirect Payment Methods, select PhonePe V2 as the payment gateway.

On V2 you can also configure PhonePe for each payment mode separately, for more control over how payment options appear at checkout.

If you use Razorpay or Cashfree through an API-based integration, switch to OAuth before 30 September.

Step 1: In your Shopflo dashboard, go to Settings › Payment Settings.

Step 2: Select Razorpay or Cashfree.

Step 3: Click Authorize and complete the authorization to move to OAuth.

Complete the step for your gateway before 30 September so your payments keep running without interruption. If you have already migrated, no action is needed.
