The Variants View gives you a complete view of every product variant in your catalog. It’s designed to help you review, edit, and maintain variant-level details quickly and confidently.
You can access the Variants View from your Catalog>Products & Variants. Ensure you are on the Variants Tab.
When to use the Variants View
View all variants (sizes, colors, styles) in one list
Bulk update Vendors across multiple variants
Audit variants for missing or inconsistent data
Access Bulk Uploads
Create new products
Customize views using columns and filters
Customizing your Variants View
Customize the Variants View to show the information that matters most to you.
Add or remove columns, rearrange, resize, and sort them. Adjust row density to fit your preferred layout.
Set views will persist for each session; these views are set per user account. This helps you work faster and stay focused on the tasks you handle most.
Available Columns include:
Variant Name
Product Name
Ordinal (a Variant's numerical position within the Product)
Vendor SKUs
Price
Inventory (Inventory Tracking Enabled/Disabled)
Total Quantity
Sales Channels
Date Created
Date Updated
Sort Multiple Columns
Hold down Shift + Select multiple columns to sort across your page.
Available Filters include:
Sales Integrations (by platform)
Sales Channels (specific sales channel)
Variant Created
Total Quantity
Common Actions
The Variants View includes several tools for creating and managing products:
Create Products
Click the + icon in the top right to create a new product. You’ll be taken to the Product Details Page, where you can enter product information and save.
Access Bulk Upload Spreadsheets
Use Bulk Uploads to create new products or update many existing items at a time. Click the spreadsheet icon to download and upload Thrive’s bulk upload templates.
Print Labels
Click the Print Labels icon to open the Label Printing Wizard. Choose your label format, select one or more products, enter quantities, and generate a print-ready PDF.
Bulk Actions
Bulk Actions let you update one or multiple variants at once.
Use the checkbox next to a variant to select it, or use the checkbox at the top of the list to Select All products on your current page to:
Add Vendor: Add an existing Vendor to your variants
Delete: Permanently delete selected variants from your catalog, across all locations and sales channels.
Note: Deletions cannot be undone. Make sure to double-check the variant information before confirming the deletion.
