Trying to set up your payment account? Great! You are one step closer to getting your first position!

The ShortStaf platform has partnered with Stripe, our payment processor, to make getting paid for the events you work easy, quick, and secure.  At this time, you're trying to complete the initial set-up for your Stripe account.  

Create your Stripe Payment Account- Located at the bottom of your profile during the initial setup process, or you can access through the Account tab located on the Home screen > Setup Payment Account.

  1. Provide the same email address that you created your ShortStaf account with

  2. Provide your valid mobile phone number (a code will be sent to this number)

  3. Enter either a valid bank account number or debit card number and enter all required fields for the payment method of your choice

  4. Under “Personal Details” Please click on “information required soon” located below your name.

  5. You will be prompted to enter your: Date of Birth and the last four digits of your social security number. Then click submit

  6. Once again you will be prompted to click , “information required soon” located below your name.

  7. Please select the Identification of choice and input the required information. Then click “Submit”

Once these steps are completed you will see “Stripe Account Successfully Linked” Along with your Stripe I.D and Email address
