Add payment for invoices

How to add payments received for invoices.

1. On the dashboard, click "Add a payment".
(Button can also be found on the invoices, person profile, and invoice screens)

2. Choose the person

3. Click to open "Pay off invoices"

4. Choose all the invoices that are being paid for

5. Choose the payment method to enter an existing payment or choose credit card to charge a card

6. System will automatically choose the correct campaign for each invoice.

7. Click "SAVE & SEND" to save and to email a tax-deductible receipt.
