What is Offers?

Offers is a tool built to help organizations create and send curated product replacement experiences to their customers. It’s most commonly used by home warranty teams to offer a selection of replacement products, present upgrade paths, or issue buyouts—all from a branded, trackable interface.

How are teams using it?

Home warranty and ESP organizations use Offers to:

  • Resolve appliance claims faster with homeowner-selected replacements

  • Offer upgrades or credits as part of upsell workflows

  • Provide buyout options when a replacement isn’t ideal

SFR operators also use Offers to power move-in programs, like offering washer and dryer upgrades to new residents.

What do I need to get started?

To use Offers, you’ll need:

  • A signed NDA with Sibi

  • A Stripe Connect account to handle any customer payments

  • Active credit lines with supplier partners (like GE or Electrolux)

  • Your preferred offer language for customer emails and SMS

Once you’re set up, you can create Offers manually in the Sibi dashboard or programmatically via our API.

What happens when I send an Offer?

Your customer receives a branded email or SMS with a link to view their offer. From there, they can:

  • Select a replacement

  • Choose an upgrade (if applicable)

  • Accept a buyout

Their choice is logged, the order is submitted automatically, and updates are visible to your team.

Can I track everything?

Yes. All offer activity—views, selections, payments, fulfillment—is available in the Sibi dashboard. You can also use Buscar to explore your data using natural language. Ask things like “Which upgrades converted last week?” or “How many offers are still pending?” and get instant answers.

What do customers pay?

Customers can pay via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. Payouts are processed through Stripe and sent to your linked account on a monthly schedule. You can include non-covered costs and upgrade pricing as needed.

Anything else I should know?

  • Offers can include expiration windows and automated reminders

  • Each offer supports only one supplier at a time

  • Offer, order, and invoice data can be tied to your internal job or work order IDs

  • The experience is fully white-labeled and branded to your company
