Compliance in Sibi
At Sibi, we know that consistency is essential when managing properties. That’s why one of the core principles of our platform is compliance.
Compliance means ordering materials and products that meet the exact specifications set by your organization. It ensures every property follows the same standards for quality, cost, and performance, keeping projects on track and within budget.
To make compliance simple and scalable, we’ve built a Compliance Management Tool. This feature lets your organization set, view, and control which products are considered compliant across all properties and projects.
Admins can define the products and materials that meet company standards for quality, pricing, and performance. Once these items are set as compliant, they become the foundation for how your teams order and how Sibi’s tools, like Smart Jobs, make recommendations.
This gives your organization full visibility and control, helping every team member order confidently while staying aligned with company requirements and projected budgets.
How to Set Compliant Products
You can manage compliant products directly from the Compliance Management Tool. Follow the steps below to set up and manage compliance across your organization.
Open the Compliance Settings
Go to the Organization tab and select Compliant Products under Organization Settings.
Add Products
Once the compliance page is open, click Add Product. You can search by keyword, SKU, or color to find products you want to mark as compliant.
You can add a single product or multiple products at once.
Assign Products to an Office
After selecting products, assign them to the appropriate office. You can apply them to all offices or choose a specific office.
Update Compliance Anytime
Repeat this process whenever new compliant products are designated by your organization. You can add or update products at any time to keep your compliance list current.

Search, Export, or Remove Products
Within the Compliance Management Tool, you can search by office or shop, and export your compliant list using the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
If you need to make changes, you can clear an entire compliant list or remove individual products directly from the tool.
How to Access Compliant Products in the Store
Once compliant products are set for your organization, you can easily access them while shopping in the store.
If the property you’re ordering for has compliant products, click the 🍦 icon on the left-hand side of the store. This will filter your view to show only the compliant products for that property.
Compliant products are always marked with a 🍦 icon in the top left corner of the product card, making it easy to confirm that you’re selecting items approved for your organization.
