Can I order from any manufacturer in the store?
Sibi has partnered with a wide variety of manufacturers to bring you a manufacturer-direct platform. If you are interested in ordering products from any of these manufacturers and don’t yet have an account with them, reach out to a Sibi expert at support@sibipro.com. We’ll get you ordering from any manufacturer in no time.
What is compliance?
At Sibi, we understand that consistency is key when it comes to managing properties. That is why one of the driving aspects of our platform is compliance. Compliance refers to ordering materials and products that meet the specifications set by the property owner.
In the store, if the property you are ordering for has compliant products, click the 🍦 button on the left-hand side. This will filter the products in the store to only show you compliant products for that property.
As a property owner, you can add any product to your compliant list by hovering over the item in the the store and clicking Add Compliance.

Lists—What is it and how can I use it?
Lists streamline the ordering process by using a pre-set list of products to check out— they're great for products that are often ordered together. Try adding a product to a list using the following steps:
Find your desired product in the store
Hover over the product and click the Add to List icon
Add the product to an already existing list or create a new one
Click Confirm to add your product to the list
Once completed, you can order from any of your lists by clicking My Lists within the Store. Navigate to the list and select Add List To Truck. All items in your list are now ready for checkout in just a matter of seconds.
