Goal
Leave a piece of equipment at a property and record that it's there, so everyone knows what's on site and where your equipment is.
Who
Techs (primary). Office Managers when in the field.
Steps
Open the Home tab and find the property (search by name or address, or pick a recent one).
Tap View Details to open the property.
Switch to the Equipment tab.
Tap Deploy. A list of the equipment currently on your truck opens.
Pick the equipment to leave, and confirm.
Notes
Only equipment can be deployed to a property. Parts and tools stay on your truck.
After deploying, the property's Equipment tab shows the item along with how long it's been on site. It moves off your truck's inventory and onto the property.
