Goal
Log inventory used on a job at a customer property.
Who
Techs (primary). Office Managers when in the field.
There are two paths to start an issuance. Both converge on the same submission flow.
Path A: Start from the property (Home tab)
Open the Home tab.
Search for the property by name or address, or pick a recent one.
Tap the property. The issuance flow opens with the property pre-set.
Add bins (search or scan), adjust quantities, and submit.
Path B: Start from the inventory (Inventory tab)
Open the Inventory tab and tap the bin you want to issue from.
Tap Issue to Property.
Search for the destination property and pick it.
The issuance flow opens with the bin pre-added. Add more bins if needed, adjust quantities, and submit.
After submitting, the issuance lands in the location's Feed and the property's issuance history.
Notes
If you scan a bin that's empty, the modal warns you. Don't blindly tap through.
Properties themselves aren't created from Field. They come from your Office's setup in Sibi. If a property you need isn't showing up in the search, work with your Office Manager or Sibi CSM to confirm it's set up under your Office.
Issued to the wrong property by mistake? Flag it to your Office Manager. They can correct it from the web admin (see 2.7). Techs can't reassign issuances themselves.
