Once you place your order, you can find all the information for that order on the Orders page, including tracking. For more information, take a look below:

Tracking a GE Appliances order
Head to the Orders tab on the Sibi platform.
Use the search bar to locate your order via confirmation number or address.
After locating your order, click Track Order next to the estimated delivery date.
Status | Definiton |
Processed | An order has been placed and is undergoing a criteria check to ensure it is properly received by GE Appliances. |
In transit | The appliances are available and are being sent to the local delivery agent for last-mile delivery. Once the order arrives at the delivery agent, it will be ready for delivery. |
Delivered | The order has been delivered. |
Canceled | The order has been canceled. If the reason is unknown, please send a message in the chat, and our support team will assist you. |
Once your GE Appliances order goes into transit, the GE Appliances delivery agent will be the best source for tracking information. Not able to find the delivery agent's contact information? Take a look below.
You can find the delivery agent's information under Install Labor and Last Mile Delivery under the Track Order page.
Click on either to locate the delivery agent's number.
Note the Confirmation Number located on the right side of the main order detail page.
The confirmation number must be provided to the delivery agent to track your order.
