Setting up your GE Appliances account

We've created these guides to help you get started and ensure you have the best Sibi experience. Here is a guide to joining the GE Appliances program.

πŸ›’ As your account is being set up, feel free to place your first order using a credit card. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via chat.

  1. Download the GE Appliances application linked below.

    1. While completing the application, please make sure the following is completed:

      1. Delivery and installation request authorization

      2. Billing information

      3. Payment terms requested

      4. Bank reference

      5. Credit line requested

      6. Signature of authorize representative

    2. If this information is not provided, GE will not be able to process your application.

  2. Once your application has been completed, send it to onboarding@sibipro.com and our Onboarding Team will get it sent over to GE Appliances for account set-up.

    1. Please note it can take GE 30-45 days to process your application.

  3. If you are new to Sibi, our Onboarding Team will be working on a few things for you:

    1. Connecting your organization to the clients you currently do work for.

    2. Providing personal user training on:

      1. Placing an order

      2. Tracking an order

      3. Inventory management

      4. Submitting a warranty claim

  4. Once your account is completed and is ready to place orders against, our Onboarding Team will let you know.

Ready to get signed up? Send an email to onboarding@sibipro.com, and a member of our onboarding team will reach out to gather information from you and set up your Sibi profile.
