Tracking a GE Order

Connecting with the GE Appliances delivery agent to track your order

Once your GE Appliances order goes into transit, the GE delivery agent will be the best source for tracking information. Not able to find the delivery agent's contact information? Take a look below.

Note: If your order is still processing, please reach out to the team using the chat, as they will need to contact the GE Appliance team.

Delivery Agent's Contact Information

  1. Head to the Orders tab on the Sibi platform.

    1. Use the search bar to locate your order via confirmation number or address.

  2. After locating your order, click Track Order next to the estimated delivery date.

  3. You can find the delivery agent's information under Install Labor and Last Mile Delivery.

    1. Click on either to locate the delivery agent's number.

  4. Note the Confirmation Number located on the right side of the main order detail page.

    1. The confirmation number must be provided to the delivery agent to track your order.
