Setting up your Carrier distributor account

We've created these guides to help you get started and ensure you have the best Sibi experience. Here is a guide to joining the Carrier program.

As your account is being set up, feel free to place your first order using a credit card. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via chat.

  1. To get started, you will need to complete the application for Carrier's local distribution center that is in your region.

  2. Once your application has been completed, send it to onboarding@sibipro.com and our Onboarding Team will get it sent over to the distributor for account set-up.

  3. If you are new to Sibi, our Onboarding Team will be working on a few things for you:

    1. Connecting your organization to the clients you currently do work for.

    2. Providing personal user training on:

      1. Placing an order

      2. Tracking an order

      3. Inventory management

      4. Submitting a warranty claim

  4. Once your account is completed and is ready to place orders against, our Onboarding Team will let you know.

Ready to get signed up? Send an email to onboarding@sibipro.com, and a member of our onboarding team will reach out to gather information from you and set up your Sibi profile.
