Ad creative formats used by Sid.

Updated over a week ago

Sid creates ads in two different formats: Square and Story.

Square Format (1080x1080 pixels)

Square format ads are designed to be displayed in a square shape, with equal dimensions of 1080x1080 pixels. This format is commonly used on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

The square shape allows for a visually appealing and balanced ad, making it more likely to catch the attention of viewers.

Story Format (1920x1080 pixels)

Story format ads are designed to be displayed in a vertical shape, with dimensions of 1920x1080 pixels.

This format is commonly used on social media platforms such as Instagram. The vertical shape allows for a more immersive viewing experience, as the ad takes up the entire screen of a mobile device.

Google Ads

In Google Ads we are using multiple different formats. For Google Display, we are using these six different formats below:

  • 300x250 px

  • 250x250 px

  • 336x280 px

  • 728x90 px

  • 300x600 px

  • 320x100 px

(Each of these ads needs to be less than 150kb).

For YouTube campaigns we are mainly working with Skippable In-stream ads, here's an example from Sid of how these could look like. These videos are following the standard format within Youtube i.e. videos in landscape format.
