Invoicing
Payments are made in advance and must be settled within 15 days from the invoice date.
Example: On March the 17th, you will receive an invoice for the full month of April, which must be paid no later than April the 1st.
The invoice includes two components:
License fee
Ad spend
First Invoices
The first invoice will be issued on the start date and will cover:
The period from the start date until the end of the current month.

The delivery timeline is included in the license fee, and the costs are covered by the setup fee.
Ad spend:
Ad spend is not included in the first invoice, as it depends on when the client goes live. It will be charged on subsequent invoices based on the go-live date.
If the client goes live at the end of the month in which the collaboration starts, the ad spend will be calculated as a daily ad spend, based on the set monthly ad budget, distributed across the remaining days of that month.
If the client goes live the month after the collaboration starts, the full month's ad spend will be invoiced on the second invoice. This amount will then be adjusted on the following invoice, where the ad spend will be reduced based on the days the client was not live.
