Scope of Service

The Service provided by Sid is a fully managed, data-driven digital marketing solution tailored for B2B companies. Sid focuses on hyper-targeted advertising campaigns aimed at decision-makers within the Client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The Service includes the following core components:

  1. Audience Creation and Targeting: Sid's operations team assists the Client in identifying and creating an audience of key stakeholders and decision-makers from companies that match the Client’s ICP.

  2. Ad Creation and Design: Sid’s team develops a series of personalized ads, including thought leadership, client testimonials, case studies, and product demos. These ads are designed to build trust, establish social proof, and improve brand positioning among the target audience.

  3. Ad Campaign Management: Sid launches and manages advertising campaigns on different agreed-upon platforms. Campaign management is conducted from Sid’s ad account via partner access to the Client’s account. Ads are displayed to the audience derived from the Client’s ICP, ensuring that all advertising efforts are directed towards relevant stakeholders.

  4. Ongoing Optimization and Reporting: The Service includes continuous monitoring, optimization, and reporting of campaign performance. Sid provides the Client with access to a performance dashboard that tracks key metrics such as impressions, clicks, and engagement broken down by campaign, ad creative, and targeted company.

  5. Retargeting and Analytics: Sid installs tracking pixels on the Client’s website for retargeting purposes to enhance campaign performance.

  6. Consultation and Support: Sid offers ongoing strategic consultation and technical support throughout the duration of the engagement. The Client may provide feedback and approve audiences and ad creatives through Sid’s software interface.

The Client agrees to pay a monthly fee for the Service, in addition to a separately agreed-upon ad spend, as outlined in the agreement. Sid does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the ad campaigns but will take reasonable steps to maximize the effectiveness of the campaigns based on the provided data and agreed-upon strategies.

The Value delivered by Sid Marketing is derived from a combination of precision targeting, efficient ad campaign management, and data-driven insights that help the Client achieve their marketing and sales objectives. Sid's Service provides value in the following ways:

  1. Enhanced Market Positioning: By delivering highly targeted ads to decision-makers within the Client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Sid helps to improve brand positioning, build trust, and establish credibility within the market.

  2. Sales Support and Pipeline Acceleration: The targeted ad campaigns act as an "air support" to the Client’s sales and SDR teams by increasing visibility and engagement with key stakeholders, thus facilitating faster and more effective sales outreach and shortening the sales cycle.

  3. Cost Efficiency: Sid offers a cost-effective alternative to hiring a full-time in-house marketer or engaging a traditional marketing agency, delivering measurable results for a predictable monthly fee, while ensuring that ad spend is maximized and allocated only towards the most relevant audiences.

  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Sid provides ongoing reporting and insights via a performance dashboard, allowing the Client to track engagement and optimize sales strategies based on actual data. This helps the Client make informed decisions about their marketing and sales efforts, identifying key areas of opportunity based on the engagement levels of specific accounts.

  5. Omni-Channel Reach: The Service ensures that the Client’s message reaches its target audience across multiple advertising platforms, increasing the likelihood of engagement and brand recall.

The overall Value of Sid’s service lies in its ability to efficiently and effectively target high-value accounts, increase brand awareness and trust, and support the Client’s sales goals through integrated and data-driven marketing strategies.


Service Terms

  • Delivery:

    • Ads: Ads are updated every 60 days. For additional ads, or other requests, please reach out to your Sid contact for a quote.

    • Audiences: Target audiences are created based on the client’s criteria. Additional contacts can be added to an existing audience, or new audiences can be requested within the platform during the collaboration.

  • First Delivery:

    • The initial delivery of ads and target audiences will be made within ten business days. Please note that the time required for the client to review and feedback on ads and target audiences is not included in Sid's delivery timeline.

    • Any ad adjustments or feedback implementation will be completed within five business days from the time the client submits their feedback.

  • Feedback Rounds: Feedback may be provided to ensure the ads and target audience meets the client’s expectations. However, significant changes to the ads and target audience are not included in the feedback process and will be handled as a new requests. Please make sure to read our guide in order to leave great creative feedback.

  • Marketing Usage: Sid Marketing is authorized to use the Client's logotype and mention the Client in marketing communications, including case studies, social media, and presentations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Purchase Terms

  • Start Date: The collaboration begins on the specified date agreed upon in the contract, on which a kick-off meeting takes place and Sid starts working with the client.

  • License fee: Paid every month in advance.

  • Setup fee: Paid once.

  • Ad spend:

    • Is decided by the client and can be adjusted along the way.

    • Ad spend: Equals the allocated budget for paid advertising on the different ad platforms. This budget is used to fund the distribution and promotion of advertisements to targeted audiences. The Client commits to a minimum monthly ad spend of 5,000 SEK, in addition to Sid’s license fee. Adspend is managed and monitored by Sid to ensure that it is allocated exclusively towards engaging the Client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Any adjustments to the adspend amount must be agreed upon by both parties.

  • Agreement duration: The contract renews on a monthly basis until terminated by either party.

  • Notice period: Same month notice period.


Invoicing

  • Payments are made in advance and must be settled within 15 days from the invoice date.

  • Example: On March the 17th, you will receive an invoice for the full month of April, which must be paid no later than April the 1st.

  • The invoice includes two components:

    • License fee

    • Ad spend

First Invoices

  • The first invoice will be issued on the start date and will cover:

    • The period from the start date until the end of the current month.

  • The invoice includes two components:

    • Set-up fee

    • License fee

  • The delivery timeline is included in the license fee, and the costs are covered by the setup fee.

  • Ad spend:

    • Ad spend is not included in the first invoice, as it depends on when the client goes live. It will be charged on subsequent invoices based on the go-live date.

    • If the client goes live at the end of the month in which the collaboration starts, the ad spend will be calculated as a daily ad spend, based on the set monthly ad budget, distributed across the remaining days of that month.

    • If the client goes live the month after the collaboration starts, the full month's ad spend will be invoiced on the second invoice. This amount will then be adjusted on the following invoice, where the ad spend will be reduced based on the days the client was not live.
