I can’t log in - what should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in, try the following steps:

  1. Open the app and select “Already have an account?"

  2. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email titled “Login to Sidekick”

  3. Open the email on the same device as the app and tap the link

Still stuck? Try:

  • Logging out and force-closing the app

  • Reinstalling the app from the App Store

  • Ensuring you’re using the same email you signed up with

If that doesn’t work, message us and we’ll help you regain access.
