Your account security is our priority. Here we explain how to regain access or change your current password from your profile.
1. If you forgot your password (Recovery) 🔑
Follow these steps if you cannot log in to your account:
Start the process: Click on the "Sign In" button.
Request the change: Select the link "Forgot your password?".
Enter your email: In the pop-up window, type your email and press "Reset Password".
Confirm the change: Check your inbox and click the link received to set a new password.
2. If you have your details and just want to change it ⚙️
If you are already logged in and want to update your password for security, follow this path:
User Menu: In the top right corner of the header, click on the "User" button.
Settings: In the dropdown menu, select "Account Settings".
Security: Go to the "Security" section. There you will find the option to change your password.
Update: Enter your current password, then type the new one and confirm it a second time. Click on "Update Password".
⚠️ Important Note: For security reasons, once the change is made, the system will automatically log you out. You must log in again using your new credentials.
