In this article, we explain the differences between temporarily suspending your account and permanently closing it, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
⏸️🔒 Account Suspension and Permanent Closure: Which Option Should You Choose?
The Siete platform offers two options depending on your needs:
Temporary Account Suspension: This is designed for when you need a break without losing your history or data.
Permanent Account Closure: This is a permanent and irreversible action. If you confirm the closure, your account will no longer be available, and your data will be deleted.
📌 Recommendation: If your goal is simply to pause your activity for a while, a temporary suspension is usually the most convenient option. If you are absolutely certain that you will not use the service again, you can opt for permanent closure.

Important
Closure is permanent and irreversible.
Your data will be deleted 30 days after closure.
How to close your account (step by step)
Click the user profile icon (top right).
Go to Account Settings.
Open the last tab: Account Closure.
Read the notices and confirmations.
Press the button Close Account Permanently.
Before closing, make sure to:
Withdraw all remaining funds from your account.
Complete any pending transaction or bet.
Understand that this action cannot be undone.
Know that you will need to create a new account to use the services again.
⏸️ Temporary account suspension (alternative to closure)
If you don’t want a permanent closure but need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
Where is the suspension done?
Suspension is managed in the same profile section where Account Closure is located (profile icon → Account Settings → Account Closure tab).
Just choose the time you want to suspend (24 h, 7, 30 or 90 days) and confirm the action.
During the suspension:
You will not be able to log in to your account.
All betting and gaming activities will be blocked.
You will not receive promotional communications.
Your funds will remain safe and accessible after the suspension period.
The account will be automatically reactivated once the defined time is met.
📌 Please Note
This action takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the suspension period ends.
After the suspension
You will be able to log in again without issues and enjoy your favorite games and bets✅.
