The portal admin can set up the branding for your organization in the old portal.
Follow the steps in the article or the tour below:
Step 1 : Log in to the signhost.com web portal;
Step 2 : Go to menu Management > Branding and click Branding;
Step 3: Go to the old portal
Step 4 : Set up the viewer and email-branding using the online form.
You can enter or modify the name of your organization in the field at the top of the branding page:
The Viewer branding shows the colors and logo in the online signing environment, see example below:
Important!
Hexadecimal color codes are used to set the colors.
Logos must have the .png extension and have the following formatting:
Large logo: max. 160px x 160px, 8 KB;
Small logo: max. 42px x 42px, 4 KB.
The Email branding shows the colors and logo in the emails originating from our platform. Two lines of text can also be added as a footer. See example below;
When you're finished setting up the branding, press the Save button at the bottom of the page:
