If you have forgotten your password it is possible to reset it. Go to the login page in our portal.

When the e-mail address is registered in our system you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

I have not received an e-mail!
When you do not receive an e-mail, there are two possible options:
There is no account registered with that e-mail address;
There have been too many reset requests; it is not possible to reset the password for 24 hours. Try again later.
