Change the credit bundle from within the portal

Change your bundle - downgrade, upgrade or renewal.

Notice! This article only applies to customers with a self-service account. Are the steps below not visible in the portal? Then please contact support@signhost.com.

It is not always possible to change bundles. Please read below when you want to downgrade, renew, or upgrade the bundle:

  • A new bundle can be requested at 80% consumption of the current bundle;

  • A new bundle can be requested one month before the end date of the current annual bundle

  • A new bundle can be requested 3 days before the end of the monthly bundle.

How to do this?

The user with 'portal administrator' rights, logs into the old portal and navigates to the billing page (or click here). On the dashboard, choose > Manage your subscription and invoice settings

Then choose > Change plan

ATTENTION!

  • If you choose to downgrade to another package, you may be entitled to fewer users. First remove the users you no longer wish to use. An overview of our packages can be found here.

  • The bundle is ready for you immediately after activation. From this moment on, the 12-month validity of the credits starts immediately.

  • If the current bundle has not yet been fully used up, these credits will be used first, unless the bundle is expired.

  • If the current bundle is exceeded, these costs will be charged separately at a higher credit price.
