Change the credit bundle from within the portal

Change your bundle - downgrade, upgrade or renewal.

When can I downgrade, extend, or upgrade my plan?

  • You can request a new plan once 80% of your current plan has been used.

  • You can request a new plan one month before the end date of your annual plan.

  • You can request a new plan 3 days before the end of your monthly plan.

If you don’t renew your plan early, it will automatically renew with the same number of credits when the end date is reached.


Getting started

The user with admin rights navigates to the dashboard and clicks Manage (or click here).

  1. Select Upgrade now.

  2. Choose your preferred plan: 100, 300, or 600+ credits.

  3. In the right-hand menu, select whether you want an annual subscription or a monthly subscription.

    Note: For monthly subscriptions, both the cost and credits are distributed across the months.

  4. Click Confirm to activate the plan.


Good to know

  • If you choose to downgrade to another package, you may be entitled to fewer users. First remove the users you no longer wish to use. An overview of our packages can be found here.

  • The plan will be active within a few minutes after activation. From that moment, the 12-month validity period for credits starts immediately.

  • When renewing, the current plan will be used up first unless the end date has been reached.

  • If the current bundle is exceeded, these costs will be charged separately at a higher credit price.
