Conditions of Approval - "Pre-set" Conditions

Your Lender is able to configure a list of 'Standard' conditions that can be selected to add to an Assessment Record

When assessing an application, you are able to add Conditions of Approval to the application.

Where configured, you can select from 'pre-set' standard Conditions which auto-fill the condition detail. This

  • makes it faster to add conditions

  • Ensures that your condition has all the relevant detail and conforms to your Lender's preferred language.

This article takes you through how to add a Pre-set Conditions of Approval.

Where can I add Conditions of Approval?

You can add Conditions of Approval in the Assessment Summary in Omni workflow:

You are able to go to the Assessment Module at any time during your assessment, and add Conditions, whenever and as you need to. Each Condition will be

Add a "Pre-Set" Condition

To Add a Pre-Set Condition, click the Add New button:

This will open a new window that allows you to add all the detail for this Condition.

To set a "Pre-Set" Condition, click the Condition of Approval dropdown. This will list all the "Pre-Set" Conditions your Lender has set:

You are able to scroll through the list (or type ahead) to select the appropriate Condition. When you select the Condition, it will "pre-set" the detail for the Title and Description of the Condition:

Finalise the Condition detail

When the selected condition populates the Title and Description, you may want to/need to update the detail to finalise the Condition. Often the Description in the Pre-set conditions will have placeholders of data to be updated:

Update the detail, add a Target team and Nominated Person, and click SAVE:

The Conditions screen will update to now be a Condition that is OPEN (needs to be completed):

  1. Your Title that you set

  2. Your Description that you set

  3. Your Target team.nominated person

  4. The status of the Condition (Has not been met)

  5. The Back button, which takes you back to the main Assessment Module

Click the Back button.

The Condition is "Set" in the Assessment Module

Back in the Assessment Module, your condition will be listed by the Title you set:

You are able to add additional conditions as/when you need to.


Your Conditions will become Action Items

You are then able to issue the Condition to an external party (eg broker/applicant) via Info Request; or able to satisfy the Condition when you otherwise have the required detail.
