When you are setting up a business rule, you are able to add a "Deep-Link" in the initial setup:
The Deep-Link is a list of specific data areas in the Application Data. Adding a Deep-Link to a rule means when the rule is triggered and the user should get some feedback or instructions, the resultant message appears in the correct/relevant data section of the Loanapp Interface.
When you click on this dropdown, you have a list of all the data areas in the application, and you can select which one to attached the rule, to tell the Interface where to go if the rule is triggered:
eg The following checking if the Application Data has 2 years of employment history entered. The Deep-Link lists 'where' the error message needs to be displayed - in this example, on the Person Applicants/Employment section of the Loanapp Application Form:
When in Loanapp, if I enter in an employment that is less than 2 years, the rule will trigger and the unmet message will display, at the top of any page (deep-link doesn't matter at this stage):
If I then click on this message:
The Deep-Link will take me to the page/section where the rule needs to be reviewed/rectified:
