You are able to configure the message to the broker/user when they have successfully submitted their application.

When the broker/user has completed their application data capture and passed all validations, they are able to submit their application. The submit section will show ready to submit:

When the broker presses Proceed, the Application data will be packaged up and submitted to the Lender for Assessment. This takes ~30 seconds. When this is successfully completed, the broker is taken to a Submit Landing Page in Loanapp:

And the content in the Submit panel will update to show "successful submission" content; and the new Status of Assessment:

The content of both these messages can be configured/edited.

How to configure/edit the content in the Submit Panel

To configure/edit the content in the Submit Panel in Platform, you need to ensure you have created a Draft, and then search for the field:

summaryLabels#appSubmittedMessage

You are then able to click on the three dots in the Title to edit the content of the message:

Click Save, and this change will be published to Loanapp when you publish your Draft in Platform. The message in the submit panel, for a submitted application, will then change to your new content:

How to configure/edit the content on the Submit Landing Page

This detail is found in the Summary Lodgement section of Platform:

Each of the line items on the Submit Landing Page is a separate List Item (ie you can choose to have 1, 2 or 3 lines of content.

To make a change to the content, click on the 3 dots on the Title you wish to update. The Header is the line in Bold:

You can update each line item separately, as you need to:

When you click Publish you will be able to check the changes, and if happy, confirm and publish:

And you can then immediately check your changes in Loanapp:
