The Loanapp application functionality
The first page of Loanapp is the Setup Page, where you enter the high level details of the application; and also establish your Applicants:
There are a bunch of "Attributes" on the setup page that you should use the define the application type. It is also where you set the Doc Type (Full Doc or AltDoc).
This is important as it will conditionally change products, data, supporting documents requirements etc.
When you have setup your application, you will then be able to work through all the application detail on each of the pages in Loanapp, which you can get to by clicking the navigation button at the bottom of each page; or the menu on the left hand side:
For a full run-through of general Loanapp functionality, click here.

Generating your Application forms
When you have completed your application data, you will be able to then generate application forms to have signed and attached to your submission. To do this, go to the Documents section:
The list of documents available to generate will depend on your application, and the product you have chosen. To generate your documents, click "Generate Documents".
Direct Credit also has docusign integrated - any of the forms with "signatures required" can be sent to your applicants for docusign execution:
Other forms will need to be downloaded for signing.
For more on the Documents section functionality, click here.
Supporting Documents
When you have completed your application, you can then generate the required supporting documents from the Submission page. Click "Generate Document Checklist":
This will launch the supporting documents module on a seperate tab.
The checklist requirements will be on the left hand side.
On the right will be where you upload your documents. Any documents generated in Loanapp will be here already:

How do I check on my submission status?

And as Direct Credit assess the deal, any status changes that they make can be viewed on the dashboard eg
π§ Certain status changes will also trigger an email to be sent to you to notify you of the update:
If you open these emails you will get further detail on this change to the status
You might receive Missing Information Requests
