If you have lodged your application by using Loanapp through your Aggregator CRM, Lender statuses should flow back to your record in your Aggregator CRM. But some lenders don't support Backchannel in this way.

If you would like to view your application's status in Loanapp, you will need to login to "Simpology Manager", which is the 'home' of your Lenders' Loanapp.

To find out more about Simpology Manager, and how to get access, please click here.

The Application Grid of Simpology Manager is a record of all of your applications for a Lender. When you login, you should land on the Application Grid.

If you don't land on the Application Grid, you will need to navigate by selecting Solutions/Application Processing/Loan Applications:

On the Grid, for each application record, you will be able to see the Primary Status, and the Secondary Status (a sub-status within the Primary Status) of the application:

Note that the Lender can set that you will get automated messages to your email as statuses change - but this will vary across lender configurations.

Filtering the Grid by Status

You can filter the Grid records by status. To do this:

  • Select specific PRIMARY statuses that you do/don't want to see.

    • a ticked status will keep all applications with that Primary status on your grid

    • an unticked status will be remove all applications with that Primary status from your grid

  • Select specific SECONDARY statuses by using the Status Filter dropdown:

Searching for a specific Application

You can search the application grid for a particular application by using either of the two primary Search Application function:

You are able to search by entering applicant names:

Or by Application Reference Numbers:
