What is Simpology Manager, how/when do I get access, what can I do there?

Simpology Manager is the 'home' of Loanapp.

If a Lender gives you access to Loanapp for lodgement of applications, then you will automatically also have access to Simpology Manager, even if you generally access Loanapp through your Aggregator CRM

What are the main functions of Simpology Manager?

Simpology Manager is the place where you can view and manage all your Applications, and it is the home, and doorway, to many of the Solutions that Simpology provides you and your Lender.

When you login, the main page of Simpology Manager is the Application Grid.

How do I get access/credentials to login to Simpology Manager?

You will automatically get access to Simpology Manager for a Lender when:

  • a Lender sends you an invite to their Loanapp (for direct access)

  • you launch Loanapp via your Aggregator CRM

Launching Loanapp via your Aggregator CRM will automatically also set you up with access to Simpology Manager. You might not ever need to/want to use Simpology Manager, as you can get back into Loanapp always via your Aggregator CRM.

Simpology Manager becomes another 'doorway' into your applications; and also gives you access to the other functionality in Simpology Manager.

Another thing to note is that you only need to have one login for Simpology Manager, no matter how many Lenders you use Loanapp for.

So, for the first Lender, you need to setup your credentials. But for every subsequent Lender, you don't need to - they will automatically be 'added' to your login credentials for Simpology Manager.

If you receive an email invite from a Lender to setup your credentials, then following the 'click here' link to finalise your credentials:

When you click 'here' on the invite email, you will be taken to a screen to finalise your login credentials. NOTE: the branding on these screens will be the Lender who has invited you.

First, you will need to set a password. (The username will be your email address):

Once you have entered and confirmed a password, you will be directed back to the login screen to login with your email and newly set password:

If, for added security, the Lender has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you will have to use an Authenticator App to generate a key/code. For more information on 2FA, click here.

When you log in, you will land on the Application dashboard of your Lender's Channel.

If you have only just logged in for the first time, it will be empty (no applications).

The url for Simpology Manager login is https://secure.simpology.com.au/

You will be able to launch Loanapp by going to Solutions/Loanapp:

If you use Loanapp with more than one Lender, you can switch between Lender Channels

Once you have established your credentials in Simpology Manager, as you use Loanapp for more Lenders, their channels will be added to your login credentials.

If you work with more than 1 Lender, you will note when you login you are asked to select the Channel you wish to enter:

Once you are logged in to Simpology Manager, you are able to then switch between Lender channels by using the switch toggle in the top right corner:

When you click on this toggle you will be taken back to the Select Channel screen, to check/work on applications in another Lender's Channel.
