SingleOps has a dedicated import tool for ArborGold to help make it extremely easy to move your business to our platform. SingleOps can assist with importing both historical as well as Active Job information with the key info you need to get up and running quickly.
⚠️ Only One-Off Jobs can be imported. Please remove any Recurring or PHC jobs from your file before sending it.
In Arbor Gold, navigate to: Reporting > Business Reports > Customer > Full Customer History by Job-Site
What SingleOps Needs from You:
Export the 'Full Customer History by Job-Site' report as a CSV file, one file per year.
⚠️ Do not pull multiple years into one spreadsheet.
Send report to Onboarding Specialist or CSM.
The import typically carries over job details such as pricing, sales rep, service date, and notes. Results depend on file preparation and account setup.
Before importing, your onboarding team may need to confirm that your service items, sales reps, and payment terms in SingleOps match your ArborGold data."
If some jobs belong to clients not yet in SingleOps, your onboarding team will decide with you how to handle them. You can clean up or add those clients yourself, which keeps your data tidy. Or we can create them during the import, which is faster but may result in duplicate or incomplete client records.
Your imported jobs will reflect the data in your export. Please review your ArborGold data for incorrect statuses, dates, or pricing before sending your files, since SingleOps does not correct source data.
Important Things to Note:
The statuses will be updated to our Job status (Proposal, Active, Complete) automatically.
Recurring and PHC jobs cannot be imported as Recurring Jobs and should be removed from your file. If a recurring job is imported, it will come in as a One-Off Job and can be changed to a Recurring Job using Convert Job.
Jobs imported from ArborGold are set to skip QuickBooks sync by default. Contact your onboarding contact to discuss how imported records should be handled.
After Your Import
Your onboarding team will review a sample of imported jobs with you, including totals, line items, descriptions, and stage placement. If something looks off, we'll first compare the job to the file you sent, since the import reflects the data provided.
