Full Job Workflow Stages

Stage	Description
Lead	Enter information from a new or existing Client requesting an estimate for service.
Proposal	Add items, pricing and details to your bid and send to your customer for approval.
Active	Customer has signed the contract. Work is ready to be scheduled and performed by crews.
Completed	Crews have completed work.
Approved	All billable items and job costs have been added, the job is ready to invoice. ⚠️ Note that by default, Per Visit Invoices sync to QuickBooks when the Job is Approved.

💡The Job workflow stages are not customizable. Any operational sub-statuses (e.g. “Waiting for Wood Pickup,” “Follow up”) are best tracked with Tags.
