Batch Reschedule Visits & Tasks

  1. Navigate to the Calendar page or the Route Planner
    ​

  2. Click the Batch Reschedule button at the top of the page.
    ​

  3. Once desired filters are set, click Reschedule.
    ​

  4. Click the arrow to drop down and view Tasks/Visits that are going to be rescheduled.
    ​

  5. Click Yes to confirm reschedule and that this cannot be undone or click Cancel to go back.
    ​

  6. Click OK to confirm reschedule.
