Emails can be sent in batches to save time on sending Proposals. This can be accomplished through the Jobs page or the Invoice page. The examples provided below uses the Jobs page, but the process is nearly identical from the Invoices page.
Use automations to send reminders automatically.
In this article:
Batch Email
Navigate to any Jobs page (e.g. Proposals, Active Jobs, Leads page).
Check the boxes next to Jobs you would like to batch email.
Click the Bulk Action button in the top right corner of the page.
From the dropdown, select Email
💡Don't forget that both the Jobs page and the Open Invoices page can be filtered.
You will then be presented with a batch email dialog.
Select the email template you are going to use, review the recipients under the Email To section, and review the attachments.
Click Send to email out proposals, invoices or work orders for all of the selected Jobs.
Additional Notes
Batch send applies only to the entries shown on the current page, and that selecting "All" selects only the entries on that page (e.g., the first 10).
You can not edit the body of the batch email on the fly. If changes need to be made, update the email template and then send out the batch emails.
Your customer will receive multiple emails depending on how many proposal/invoices were included in the batch. Example: 10 proposals = 10 separate emails
Troubleshooting
The Email option is greyed out:
This happens when your selection mixes proposal and job types. Filter so the selection contains only one type, then re-select and try again.
The Bulk Actions button is missing or won't light up:
Confirm at least one checkbox is selected. If it still doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or try an incognito window.
