Supplier Contacts are individuals or organizations associated with a Supplier that your agency needs to track. These are often billing contacts within the Supplier organization. Supplier Contacts can be selected when setting up Supplier Billing information and later used when sending invoices.

You can add and manage Supplier Contacts for both manually added Suppliers and Verified Suppliers. If you are a Host Agency, any Supplier Contacts you create will also appear for Independent Contractors.

This article explains how to add and manage Supplier Contacts.


Manage Supplier Contacts

To begin, open the Supplier Profile for the Supplier you want to update. Locate the Your Contacts section.

A list of suggested contacts from the Sion Supplier Network will appear below this section.

To add a new contact, click Add Contact in the corner of the section.

Enter the required contact information in the new window. Click Save Contact to add them.

To edit an existing contact, click the pencil icon next to the contact's name. Update the information as needed and save your changes.

To remove a contact, hover over the contact’s name and click the trashcan icon. Confirm the removal to delete the contact.
