Sion provides each Supplier with a unique identifier in the system.

If you have a third party integration set up with Sion, you may need that identifier. You may also need to add the third party's identifier into Sion.

You can find Sion’s identifier and add IDs from third parties to Supplier profiles.

First, make sure an Admin has created an account integration for the desired third party. See the article Manage Integrations for more help.

Next, locate the desired Supplier and click to edit their details.

In the Edit Supplier window, click the Integrations tab.

You can pull the Sion Identifier for the specific client by clicking the copy icon to the right. This is needed when integrating with third parties like Virtuoso and TravelWits.

Any integrations already set up for your agency will appear here. In the example below, you can see a Flywire integration setup, where the Supplier’s Flywire ID can be entered.

Click Save Supplier to keep your changes.
