If a Client's billing information is different from their general contact details, you can customize it in the system. This is helpful if one person manages the Client's account, but another individual or organization handles payments. This also allows you to check and set the Client’s currency.

Customizing billing information ensures that invoices and payment-related communication go to the correct contact without changing the Client's general details. This keeps all information organized and accurate.

By using this feature, you can ensure that billing information is properly recorded without affecting the Client’s General Information details.


Update Client Billing

To get started locate the desired Client and click to edit their details.

In the Edit Client window, click the Billing tab.

You can enter custom billing information for the following:

  • Attention Line - Specify who should receive the billing communication.

  • Name/Company - Enter the name or company responsible for payments.

  • Email - Add the billing contact's email address.

  • Phone Number - Include a direct phone number for billing inquiries.

  • Address - Provide the billing address. Once you start typing, suggested results will appear below.

  • Currency - Select the currency for billing.

  • Notes - Add any additional billing-related notes.

Click Save Client to keep your changes.
