Want to find one or more Clients in Sion? There are two ways to quickly find what you need, we’ll go over them both in this article.

Note: Depending on if you are a Host Agency, Independent Contractor, or In-House Agent, you may see different filter options. Not every user has access to every filter.

Global Search

The global search function allows you to look for any data from any place in Sion that matches your search terms. For more information on how to use it, see the article here.

Quick Search

In the Filters bar, there is a Quick Search field. Click inside the field and enter your search criteria. You will be able to search by some of the following:

  • Client Name - All or part of the contact name can be used to search.

  • Tags - Search by tags assigned to Clients. For more information about adding tags to Clients, see the article here.

Filter Bar

In the filter bar, you have several options for finding Clients. Click Clients in the top menu depending on which contact you are searching for.

Use the filters bar to change what’s visible in the queue. The filter bar is located on the left.

Note that at the top of some filter categories, there is a gear icon. If you want to make an advanced filter, click the icon to select further filter options. Some of the options will change the title of the section.

If you hover over a filter, there is an ellipses icon. Click the icon to see more options for selecting (or deselecting) multiple options at once.

On hover, some filters will also have a magnifying glass icon that lets you search that section. For example, if you know the name of an agent you want to search by, you can click the icon and then enter the agent name instead of scrolling through the list of agent names.

Below is a breakdown of the different filter options available:

  • Dates - Use the gear icon, mentioned above, to change what dates you filter by. The filter selected will change this section's name. For example, if you select Created, this section will be called Created and will filter contacts based on the date they were made in the system.

  • Status - Filter by the client status as related to their active status. For more information on inactive contacts, see the article here.

  • Type - Use the checkbox to filter Clients by categories. For example, a Client might be a Leisure or Corporate entity.

  • Virtuoso Marketing - If your agency is integrated with Virtuoso, you can filter based on whether Clients are Subscribed or Not Subscribed to Virtuoso’s Email, Direct Mail, or Magazine. For more information, see our tutorial video here.

  • Profile Completion - These filters are designed to show Clients based on whether specific information such as Email, Mailing address, or Phone number is present or missing in their profiles.

    • Use the With Field tab to display Clients who have data for the checked fields in their profile.

    • Use the Without Field to display Clients missing the checked fields in their profile.

  • IATA # - Use the checkboxes to filter Clients based on the IATA # associated with them.

  • Agencies- Use the checkbox to filter Clients based on the booking agency.

  • Agents - Use the checkbox to filter clients based on the booking agents they’ve used.

Note: As you filter Clients, you’ll notice that the top Production Reports will change. The data displayed is based on what’s visible in the queue. You can also use Reporting to update these summaries based on specific criteria. See our article hereon reporting.
