New: Search by Supplier Address

We’ve added a simple but powerful feature to help you get more accurate results when merging bookings, creating bookings, or filtering suppliers.

Now, when you're working with suppliers that have common names, you can search by address to narrow things down. Just type or paste the supplier’s address into the search bar, and Sion will filter the results accordingly.

Where You’ll See It:

  • Bulk Merging – Easily merge bookings into the correct supplier.

  • Creating Bookings – Find the right supplier without sifting through similar names.

  • Filtering Results – Use the address field to refine your search.

Here’s a quick walk-through:

As a reminder, Sion’s verified suppliers were released last year. We continue to add new verified suppliers and keep all verified suppliers up-to-date with the latest data.

Formatting notes with Markdown

Sion includes notes sections in many areas of the site, for bookings, clients, suppliers, and more. In each notes section, we offer the ability to use formatting markdowns to style/edit the text. We recently expanded support for this feature to all notes sections in the app. Some markdown features are not yet available but we’ll be adding more over time.

Here are a few of the markdown features we think you’ll find most useful.

  1. Emphasize Words with Bold and/or Italic: To add hierarchy or emphasize parts of notes, use Bold and or Italic formatting.

  2. Task Lists: f you have common tasks that you complete for bookings, you can paste a pre-formatted note into any booking notes section using the [ ] symbols to create a check list.

  3. Tables and Links: You can create a table to order and connect relevant data. For instance, you can create a table to group family members, along with their profile link and any additional info.

  4. Links: You can always add a link in the notes, and we’ll make it clickable for you. But with markdown, you can create a hyperlink using text for a cleaner look(ie: client name).

If you’re unfamiliar with Markdown, see this guide.
