If a booking is no longer taking place and you are not expecting any payments on it, you can cancel the booking.
Note: You cannot cancel a booking that has a payment on it.
A canceled booking will still appear in your records for later reference, but will not show up in reports as an event you're awaiting payment for.
First, locate your booking (see our article on Find and View Bookings if you need help).
Next, click on the booking.
This will open up a new window on the right with the booking information. In the top section, click Actions and then select Cancel.
