If you no longer want a record of a booking, you can delete it from SION. After deleting a booking you cannot later look up any information and the data cannot be recovered.

Note: You cannot delete a booking if a payment has been made. You will first have to delete the payment.

To remove a booking, first locate it (see our article on Find and View Bookings if you need help).

Next, click on the booking.

This will open up a new window on the right with the booking information.

In the top section, click Actions and then select Permanently Delete. You will be asked to confirm your decision and then the booking will be removed.

Note: If you are unable to delete a booking that has no payments, you may not have permission to delete bookings. Talk to your administrator about your permission level.
