If you no longer want a record of a payment, you can delete it from SION. After deleting a payment you cannot later look up any information and the data cannot be recovered.
To remove a payment, first find the payment.
If it’s not already open from your search, click on the payment to open it.
This will open up a new window on the right with the payment information.
In the top section, click Modify and then select Permanently Delete. You will be asked to confirm your decision and then the payment will be removed.
Note: If you are unable to delete a payment, you may not have permission to delete payments. Talk to your administrator about your permission level.
