Note: Only Admins can manage team member accounts. You cannot delete a team member that is associated with a booking. Instead you can merge that team member with another.

To delete a team member, click your username in the top right of Sion. In the dropdown, select Account Settings.

This opens the general Settings page. In the left menu, click Team. The Team page will open.

Use the checkboxes to select the team members that you want to delete. You can select one or multiple team members at once.

Click Actions in the top right and then select Delete in the dropdown.

You will be asked to confirm your decision. If a team member is associated with a booking, you will not be able to delete their account.
